We spotted the clouds clearing to reveal Pico Mountain. The hotel staff was attentive. The breakfast area felt cramped during busy hours.

We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, though everything was perfect. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from The Photographic Angle was fantastic. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a historic area...

Twin room was with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The service was welcoming during my stay.

The view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the harbor. The air conditioning needed improvement.

Great and pleasant location not far from the beach, restaurants, marina and Horta, Faial, Azores Islands, Portugal in a nice area. For tea or coffee visit Peter's Cafe Sport nearby.

This is an attractive modern hotel with a comfortable bar and restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bartenders, who also help out serving at dinner, were very pleasant and made good caipirinhas. Our room was clean, decent size and had a nice view. The location, right on the Horta waterfront, is convenient to the ferries and all cafes and shops. The fitness room, while hard to find, is excellent with new machines and fine views of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Our bath room sink plugged up the last two days of our stay and it was never really fixed. A young man did try but he did not have the proper equipment. The dinner buffet is a good deal, including wine, but some of the food is bland or worse.

Inconsistent water temperature during showers was frustrating, disrupting my bathing experience!!! Limited gym facilities made it less appealing for serious fitness enthusiasts!!!

The breakfast buffet in the restaurant, while not lavish, was very adequately maintained and had a very good selection. The host/hostess was pleasant, friendly and attentive. The bathroom was modern, clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo and toweling.

The bed was very hard, tightly made and uncomfortable! The older tube television had no significant volume adjustment and was barely audible when attempting to watch English speaking stations. The advertised bowl of fruit was really a partial plate with very unripe and thus inedible fruit. The walls were not sound proof! I could hear telephone conversations while in bed during the evening at the wall adjacent to the bed headboard. My reason for choosing this hotel was to obtain quiet rest.

Really good central location with amazing ocean views.

It was nice to have a spa/gym area included in the price. The location is quite good, for example the ferries to other islands leave just in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but not great - a bit dull.

Nice hotel in a excellent location.

The restaurant of the hotel is to much expensive for the quality of the food. That inferior quality is not understandable (or the price is abusive) in a 4star hotel. Preferable to eat in some restaurants near the hotel.

The staff were attentive, addressing my needs promptly. The breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring I started my day on a delicious note. The room was comfortable, with a lovely view of the harbor.

Overall perfect 10/10 stay for 3 nights. Fairly clean hotel, functional rooms, incredible and wonderful location. The staff were very very helpful and the restaurant was lovely. Above average and satisfactory breakfast, with lots of food. Easy to reach from Horta airport, 15 minutes drive...

Do recommend for a momentary visit

Clean room, comfortable bed, the well-appointed room with a fine view of Pico Mountain created a perfect stay, and the hotel's excellent Wi-Fi and convenient location made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

Everything was just perfect.
